中国—东盟自由贸易区与云南发展的地缘经济学思考

建设中国-东盟自由贸易区,是特殊地缘区位和国际战略变动下,中国和东盟各国国家利益和经济发展的重大战略.东盟地缘经济上突出的多样性和差异性特征,使得中国-东盟自由贸易区在运作机制上,在经济要素的配置、流动、投资、贸易及经济集团的规模上,有发展阶段和梯度推进的过程.在中国-东盟自由贸易区的地缘经济问题上,云南处在梯度推进的最前沿,它所带来的地缘经济学问题值得研究与思考.

On the China-ASEAN Free-trade Zone and the Development of Yunnan Province from the Perspective of Geo-economics

The establishment of the China-ASEAN Free-trade Zone is an important strategy for safeguarding the interests of China and ASEAN with a consideration of their special geographical position and the changing international strategies. The geo-economy of ASEAN reveals clearly the traits of diversity and variety. This results in a development stage and a process of gradient development stages in terms of its operation, the distribution and circulation of key economic factors, the scale of investment, trade and economic groups. Yunnan Province is located at the vantage point of the gradient development, which has brought us some problems of geo-economics for consideration.
