李觏与旴江书院

李觏一生贫而好学，教学授徒，著书立说，后经范仲淹等人举荐为太学直讲。他是庆历新政积极支持者，也是王安石思想的先驱。李觏于旴江书院讲学二十余年，生徒众多。旴江书院历经毁建，历时900年。李觏身后的时江书院始终祀祭李觏，并为建昌郡培养了一代又一代的人才。

Li Gou and Xujiang Academy of Classical Learing

Li Gou was poor and fond of study all his life. He taught students and wrote books. Later he was recommended by Fan Zhongyan and others as Taixue Zhijiang. He was an active supporter of Qingli new rogal court and was a pioneer of Wang Anshi thought. Li Gou taught in Xujiang Academy of Classical Learning for over twenty years and had many students. Xuijiang Academy of Classical Learning was destroyed and rebuilt again and again and had the history of 900 years. After Li Gou Xujiang Acadency of Classical Learning always offered sacrifices to Li Gou and trained generation after generation qualified personnel for Jianchang County.
