| Abstract: | How to practice the scientific development concept and quicken the speed of the economic transformation and the renovation of the coal mine sinks,remains to be an important subject calling for immediate research and solutions in the resourceful cities.The resourceful cities can realize an all-round sustainable development only by strictly adhering to the scientific development concept,transforming the government functions,scientifically choosing the orientation of the industrial growth,practicing the cluster strategy and quickening the speed of improving the ecological environment. |
