晚清重商论者郑观应和德国19世纪上半期经济学家李斯特适应于各自国家历史发展阶段，提出了独立发展近代经济赶超先进的经济思想。在生产力、工业化、政府干预等方面提出了相似之主张。郑观应和李斯特致力于后发现代化，其思想主张具有广阔的视野和丰富的“发展经济学”内涵。在中国经济社会的重要转折期，郑观应为中国特色的发展经济学之产生与发展奠定了基础、开启了方向。

Forerunner of Development Economics:On Economic Thoughts Comparison of Zheng Guanying and Friedrich List

The paper argues that both Zheng Guanying, the representative of mercantile thought in the Late-Qing dynasty, and Friedrich List, one of the most important economists in the 19th century in Germany devoted to exploring the economic developing mode of their country in the similar historical circumstances. Through the comparison, the paper points out that the multi-dimensional feature of their economic thoughts present similar developing way to industrialization and modemization. Their thoughts show the characteristics of the development economics under the challenge of the outside world, while Zheng Guanying set the direction and paved the way for the emerging development economics later in China.
