| 摘 要： | 劳动力的需求状况是决定和影响就业的重要因素,而它本身的变化也受到一系列因素的影响。本文使用最新统计数据,采用劳动经济学的基本理论和方法,在对北京过去20余年劳动力需求变动过程分析的基础上,从北京的经济增长规模、产业结构的变动以及经济增长方式几个方面,详细分析了这些因素对北京劳动力过去若干年来劳动力需求变动的影响,得出了一系列有意义的结论,最后从战略高度提出了相应的增加就业需求的对策和建议。

| Abstract: | The status of labor demand is a key determinant variable of employment.Using some newest statistics data and methods of labor economics,the article described the dynamic change of labor demand at first,then analyzed several main factors influencing on the dynamic change of labor demand in Beijing including the growth of GDP and its ability of absorbing labor,the industrial structure change as well as the function of economic growth.In the end the article pointed out a serious countermeasures and suggestions from the strategy angle. |
