| 摘 要： | 儿童是国家的未来，对儿童权利的保护体现了一个社会的文明程度。在我国，侵害儿童权利的事件频发。究其原因，主要在于保护儿童权利的观念缺乏、现行法律存在缺漏以及保护儿童权利的专门机构缺失。建构儿童权利保护机制的策略是强化儿童权利保护的观念、完善现行法律、设立监护监督与国家监护制度、成立专门的儿童权利保护机构。

| Abstract: | Abstracts:Children are the future of society ,and the degree of attention to children's rights re‐flects the degree of civilization of a society . In China , there are frequent incidents that invade children's rights .The main problem lies in the lack of consciousness of protection of children rights , the lack of relevant laws and children rights protection agencies .The construction of children rights protection mechanism is to strengthen the concept of protecting children's rights , perfect current laws ,establish the supervision and national guardianship system ,and specialized agencies .Only in this way will the protection of children rights be implemented . |
