罪犯奖惩体系的改革与完善

完善的罪犯奖惩体系对于维护监狱秩序、促进罪犯改造具有十分重要的意义。我国目前的罪犯奖惩体系存在许多问题，法外奖惩措施多、奖惩体系杂乱、针对性不强，严重影响了其效能的发挥。本文借鉴国外相关法律规定，结合我国实际情况，提出建立系统、完善的罪犯奖惩体系构想，以适应新时期监狱工作的法治化、科学化和文明化。

Reform and perfection of criminal punishment system

Abstracts:it is very important to improve the system of criminal punishment and punishment for the maintenance of the prison order and promote the reform of criminals .There are a lot of problems in the current system of criminal punishment and punishment in China . The method is more and more ,and the system of rewards and punishments is mixed ,the pertinence is not strong ,which seri‐ously affects the performance of the system .In this paper ,we draw on the relevant laws and regula‐tions ,combined with the actual situation in our country , put forward to establish the system , improve the system of criminal punishment ,in order to adapt to the new era of the rule of law ,scien‐tific and civilized .
