| 摘 要： | 192 8年至 1 93 7年间 ,我国许多著名的民族银行家如陈光甫、王志莘、周作民等人纷纷对本行组织和内部管理制度进行改革 ,提出了一系列健全和完善商业银行内部管理制度的思想 ,这些思想不仅对于完善当时商业银行的内部管理制度起到了积极作用 ,而且对于我们今天进行金融体制改革有重要的启示

| Abstract: | During 1928 1937 in China,famous national bankers such as CHEN Guangfu,WANG Zhixin and ZHOU Zhuomin inaugurated a series of ideas for the improvement and perfection of the inner administration and management of their banks,and instituted,one after another,organizational,administrative and managerial reforms at their respective banks.Not only did these ideas play an active role in improving and perfecting their inner administrative and managerial systems,but they also have important revelations for us to make financial system reforms today. |
