| 摘 要： | 建立了含有再生资源的资源最优动态配置模型,并推导出反映一次自然资源价格与再生资源价格之间动态关联的确定性方程式。在此基础上给出一种资源市场运行的规范行为机制。对于自动损耗极慢的再生资源,也给出了其原生一次资源的动态逐期定价法。在存在再生资源利用的情况下,资源最优动态配置模型及其解的实现,与不存在再生资源利用的场合之间存在实质上的差别,出现了一种市场失灵现象。这一结果改进了国外学者已有的研究结果。

A correlation between the price of natural resources and that of regenerate resources has been deduced from this model and at the same time a market failure phenomenon has been found out . |
