中日图书馆服务意识之比较

摘    要:作为公共文化事业的重要一环,中国和日本的图书馆各有短长。改革开放之后,中国的图书馆建设取得了长足的进步,但与日本、美国等发达国家相比较,仍有较大差距。日本的图书馆在服务意识和服务手段上,已然形成了科学、人性化的管理模式,值得中国借鉴。

Abstract:Both the Japanese and Chinese libraries have advantages and disadvantages.The Chinese libraries have been improved much since the opening-up and reform policy was carried out,but still lag behind Japanese and American counterparts.The Japanese libraries pay much attention to human-centered service awareness and means,which are worth learning.
