论完善公民选举权的救济途径

公民选举权救济方式的瑕疵导致了诸多社会矛盾,急需加以完善。现行法律规定了自力救济、立法救济、行政救济、司法救济等方式,但各自都存在缺陷。克服各种救济方式缺陷的途径主要有：强化舆论监督、扩大自力救济范围、完善罢免程序、加强行政执法力度和改善选举诉讼等。

The flaws in the relief of citizens’ right to vote have led to many social conflicts,which means that such a relief needs to be improved.The existing law provides for self-help,legislative relief,administrative remedies and judicial remedies,etc,but each of them has flaws.The ways to overcome the flaw in in these these reliefs can be： to strengthen the supervision by public opinions,to expand the scope of self-help,to improve the recall process,to strengthen enforcement of administrative law,and to improve the electoral proceedings.
