| Abstract: | The article focused discussion on the intension and origin of the continuous development theory, integrating with practice. It pointed out that the large- scale development in west china had to insist on continuous development road. Only every province, cities and autonomous regions holding high the banner of the sixteenth congress, carrying out the continuous development strategy could the western area jump out of the poor strange circle, build a comfortable society in an all - round way and give great impetus to socialist modernizations construction. |
