| 摘 要： | 我国现行的高等教育模式严重滞后于时代的发展.这种模式崇尚封闭办学、专业教育、无个性化教育和终极式教育,与经济科技的国际化、科学技术的综合化、社会需求的多样化以及学习的终身化等时代趋势不相吻合.为改变这一状况,应加快高等教育国际化步伐,改革大学的组织结构,增加学生的自主权,对教师角色重新定位.
