文本译前分析与原作语言表现力的再现——以契诃夫《胖子和瘦子》为例

以译前分析为基础,对契诃夫的作品《胖子和瘦子》进行分析,对比多种译本,证明译前分析的必要性。译前分析可以使译者在翻译时有一个明确的方向,为译者提供文本接受者、文本类型、篇章结构等文本内部和外部信息,从而使译者在翻译时能够准确地采取相应翻译策略,保证译文的质量。翻译教学中有意识地培养学生文本分析能力及话语分析能力,更有助于学生翻译水平的提升。

Previous Textual Analysis and the Expression of Language in the Original Text --in The Fat and the Thin Man by Chekhov

By taking The fat and the thin man as example,this paper proves the necessity of the previous analysis before translation through the comparision and contrast of different translation versions and thus calling out more attention on this.However,for the true understanding and better expression of the original text,the comprehensive understanding before translation is a prerequisite and thus quality-guaranteed.Generally speaking,translation consists of the following steps: the previous analysis,understanding,expression and afterward evaluation.
