| Abstract: | The present paper introduces the spin-off concept, sets forth spin-off corporation complexion of American, analyzes the relation about different types of spin-off between its parent organization and qualification of its birth and interior dynamical mechanism, and puts forward some suggestions to the development of spin-off technology transfer mechanism in China. |
