开展产学研联合教育,培养专业学位研究生

摘    要:目前,我国硕士研究生教育正逐步从以培养学术型人才为主向以培养应用型人才为主转变,国外成功经验表明,高质量应用型人才的培养须走产学研联合教育模式。本文认为,在进行产学研联合培养过程中须把握市场原则、创新原则、质量原则、互补原则和共赢原则,同时须构建产学研联合教育的评价机制、保障机制和激励机制,在此基础上提出了相应对策。

Abstract:Currently,master degree education is transiting from cultivating academic talents to training practical talents.As successful experience from developed nations suggests,quality practical talents have to trained through the configuration of production,education and research.In the process it is important to abide by the market-orientation principle,creativity principle,quality principle,supplementation principle and win-win principle.Meanwhile,it is necessary to build an evaluation mechanism,a safeguarding mechanism and a stimulus mechanism for the configuration.Finally some countermeasures are proposed.
