| 摘 要： | 印度在人权问题上的态度是反对外部势力的干涉,承认国内存在的人权问题,主张自身采取措施自下而上地解决问题。贱民问题是印度历史上留存下来的特殊的人权问题。自独立以来,印度通过立法、政治、经济和教育等措施全方位地推进贱民问题的解决,使贱民的人权状况得到了较大的改善。

| Abstract: | Government of India believes that there is no country in the world where human rights violations do not occur.The existence of scheduled caste is a special human rights problem in India.Government of India has taken all kinds of measures,including legal,political,economic and educational policies to solve it since its independence.Human rights conditions of scheduled caste have improved a lot. |
