从国外城市社区看中国特色城市社区建设

从不同文化的相容性观点出发,阐明了社区的起源、发展延革,并在对国外异彩纷呈的社区运动分析总结出基本共性的基础上,提出加快中国社区建设应坚持的各项基本原则,欲对中国加快中国特色社区建设发挥出应有的作用。这些原则是:坚持借鉴而不生搬硬套国外社区建设经验的原则;坚持中国共产党领导地位的原则;坚持社区发展与社会进步协调的原则;坚持非政府非营利性组织负责社区工作的原则;坚持社区建设和社区服务的福利性原则;坚持对社区工作人进行培训的原则。

Municipal community construction with Chinese characteristics seen from foreign counterpart

From the consistency viewpoint of the different cultures,the paper expounds the origin and the development of the community.And based on the basic common features analyzed and generalize of many foreign community motion,the paper proposes the basic rules to speed up the Chinese community construction and hopes to benefit the construction of the community with the Chinese features.The principles is that of sticking to the reference instead of applying the experience of the foreign community construction mechanically,that of sticking to the CCP's leadership,that of sticking to the community development coordination to the social progress,that of sticking to the non-government and nonratability organization charging the community job,that of sticking to the community construction and the community welfare,and that of the community worker training.
