| 摘 要： | 改革开放以来,在国家的政策引导下,我国经济飞速增长,综合国力不断增强。入世以后各种企业更是大量涌现,这些企业的创办不仅促进了经济的持续繁荣增长,而且增加了就业,提高了广大人民群众的收入。但与此同时用工难问题也随之而来,根据目前江西省龙南县的实际情况,分析目前企业用工难的原因与对策。
