| Abstract: | According to the stages of approval,supervision in the whole life cycle of engineering that the Government takes part in,this paper applies principles of whole life cycle and PDCA cycle,and,from the aspects of active control and passive control,proposes a method system to dynamically prevent and control corruption and duty crimes during the whole life cycle of engineering construction. |
