| 摘 要： | 西部地区文献信息资源贫乏,获取网络信息的能力差,其主要原因是经费严重短缺,人口文化素质低,图书情报信息专业人才匮乏,现代化水平不高.因此,加强西部图书馆文献信息资源建设,需要国家政策倾斜,必须提高人口的文化素质,吸引图书情报信息人才,加快图书馆的现代化建设.
