| 摘 要： | 随着社会主义市场经济的进一步深化，农村妇女越来越成为农村的主要劳动力。开发西部农村回族妇女人力资源，对促进西部民族地区经济的发展有着非常重要的作用。清真女学的兴起，为农村回族妇女的再教育、再就业提供了新的发展平台，成为回族社会人力资源开发的一个重要途径。

| Abstract: | With the further development of socialist market economy, rural women became increasingly important as rural labor force. Exploiting the Hui women＇ s human resources of rural area in the west plays an important role in economic development of ethnic region in the west. The rise of Muslim women school provides a new platform for further education of Muslim Hui women and re-employment. It has become an important way of exploiting human resources in the Hui ethnic community. |
