国际化进程中英美体制与中国高等教育的融合

摘    要:英美大学教育体制及大学国际化范式历经长期发展,形成了对中国高等教育具有借鉴意义的五个特点,即英语成为教学及学术语言;相对稳定的学科体系;灵活的教学大纲和层次分明且与时俱进的教育体系;大学自治和高等教育的权利下放;高等教育和科学研究的紧密结合。改革开放以来,中国高等教育借鉴英美教育体制已经取得了成果,但在借鉴英美大学国际化经验中,还必须充分认识文化认同对英美教育体制的反作用,在保持发展态势的同时培育文化认同。

Abstract:The Anglo-American education system and the internationalized paradigm in universities, through long-term development, contribute five characteristics that play an important role in the higher education in China. It is mainly manifested in that the university can run on its own. It has a relatively stable discipline system and flexible syllabus, which are taught in English, so the education system can keep pace with time, and the higher education and scientific research can be combined together closely. Since reform and opening-up, the higher education in China has already yielded certain results by borrowing the experience of Anglo-American education system. However, we should be fully aware of the counter-effect of cultural identity to Anglo-American education system, and continue to maintain momentum, as well as pay attention to nurturing the cultural identity.
