典范逻辑:对一个农民专业合作示范社的追踪调研

在当今的农民专业合作社中,有一个很有特点的群体,即专业合作社中的＂典范＂：农民专业合作社示范社。基于长期追踪调研的一个农民专业合作社示范社的案例研究,分析了这一典范的树立、维继与转型过程,以及典范对非典范的影响。研究结果表明,典范的树立过程是一个组织的仪式性渐强的过程;典范的维继过程是其出于组织产出或利润最大化考虑,在仪式性投入与技术性投入间进行选择和配比的过程;而当作为典范的组织无法从仪式性投入中获得预期产出时,它就会从典范维继的路径上转向,寻求新的生存之道。非典范对典范的模仿与否取决于模仿的难度,或者说仪式性活动的投入对其对总产出的影响,而不是典范自身是否名副其实。

Logic of Model: Based on Field Study of a Model Farmer Cooperative

During several years of field study about farmer cooperatives in China,the author was attracted by a typical group of them,namely the model farmer cooperatives.Based on a long time investigation of a model farmer cooperative in Hebei province,this thesis analyzed the whole process in which this model was established,kept running and transformed into another type.Besides,the thesis analyzed the impact of the model on other farmer cooperatives which were not treated as models.This study showed that the ritual action tended to be increasingly important for a farmer cooperative during the process of its transforming into a model one.Whereas,a model sometimes tried to quit certain ritual action to maximize its profit after establishment.When a model found that its ritual action could not contribute to its profit as expected,it would turn back to an organization that pursued maximum profit through its technical action only.Whether the common farmer cooperatives,not model ones,will imitate the models or not depends on the difficulty of imitation rather than on the quality of the model.
