摘    要:低碳农业是低碳经济的重要组成部分,具有巨大的发展潜力,是现代农业的发展方向。在我国,发展低碳农业会遇到传统的长期的化学农业生产模式、自然资源的匮乏、国内农业低碳技术水平不高、农业劳动力素质低下和制度约束等的限制。发展低碳农业可以采用产供销一体化、碳捕获为目的的固碳农业及和谐共生的立体农业等三种模式。可以从提升农民低碳农业理念、加强技术创新、提高农业生产人员素质、财政支持和金融支持等方面来发展低碳农业。

Abstract:Low carbon agriculture is an important component of a low carbon economy and the development direction of modern agriculture,which has huge development potential.In our country,the development of low carbon agriculture will meet the limitations,which is the traditional long-term chemical mode of agricultural production,the scarcity of natural resources,agricultural domestic level of low carbon technology,the low quality of agricultural labor force and institutional constraints.The development of low carbon agriculture has three patterns which are production supply marketing mode,carbon sequestration agriculture model and harmonious coexistence of stereo agriculture.It can be adopted for the development of low carbon agriculture,which are promoting the idea of low carbon agriculture,strengthening technological innovation,improving the agricultural quality of personnel and financial support.
