| 摘 要： | ＂挂县强农富民工程＂是高校服务社会的重要组成部分。以淮海工学院为例,对＂挂县强农富民工程＂的社会效益进行了实证分析,指出该工程的实施使农村产业结构有了初步升级,农民收入有所增加,乡村文化氛围得到改善,高校自身的科研水平也同时得到了提高。在此基础上,就进一步做好＂挂县强农富民工程＂工作提出了一些建议。

| Abstract: | The people-enriching project is an important part for colleges and universities to serve the society.Taking Huaihai Institute of Technology（HHIT） as an example,we demonstrate the social benefit of the people-enriching project.It is pointed out that the project has primarily upgraded the industrial development in rural areas,increased the revenue of farmers,improved the cultural atmosphere of the countryside,and advanced the scientific research level of HHIT itself.Besides,some suggestions are provided to better implement the project. |
