基于企业人力资本的民营科技企业激励机制构建

摘    要:以人力资本分类理论作为出发点,提出了民营科技企业人力资本激励机制的新思路,即:民营科技企业的经营者应该在人力资本分类的基础上,将员工分为知识型和非知识型两类,再依据他们不同的激励需求,运用全方位的激励机制来使人才充分发挥效用。

Abstract:Based on human capital classification theory,a new notion about how to construct incentive mechanism for individually-run technological enterprises is proposed.The operators of these enterprises should use comprehensive incentive mechanism based on human capital classification and employee's needs to force talents to give full play to their role.
