| 摘 要： | 随着加入世贸组织 ,我国商业银行必然面对更加激烈的国际竞争 ,而银行的资产质量是衡量银行竞争优势的一个重要标志。因此 ,盘活银行不良资产、提高银行资产质量已成为我国商业银行应对国际竞争的必然要求。本文从更深的层面分析我国商业银行不良资产形成的原因及其危害 ,并从实际出发 ,提出化解不良资产的对策。

| Abstract: | China's commercial banks will be faced with great challenges after China's entry into the WTO, and the quality of bank asset will be an important criterion in assessing a bank's competitiveness. As such, the dissolution of the unhealthy funds, and improvement of the quality of bank asset will be the prerequisite for China's banks to meet the challenges of international competition. The paper analyses the causes and adverse effects of unhealthy funds that exist in the Chinese banks, and proposes measures to dissolve them. |
