| 摘 要： | 论文依据常州市的实际情况,提出实施综合安全工程,提升中小化工企业安全水平的设想.论文在介绍了综合安全工程的功能结构后,阐述了当前首先应该做好的工作.为促进常州市的安全科学研究,建议建立"常州市安全科学研究基金".

| Abstract: | According to the practice of Changzhou City, this article puts forward the idea to carry out integrating safety engineering to raise the safety level of medium-scale and small-scale chemical enterprises of Changzhou City. After introducing the function and configuration of integrating safety engineering, the article expatiates on the work that should be well done currently. It also suggests the establishmeut of "Changzhou safety science study fund" to promote the study of safety science in Changzhou city. |
