| 摘 要： | 21世纪技术创新将进一步成为经济和社会发展的主导力量,企业孵化器作为促进技术创新的有效手段,已经得到世界各国政府的认可。文章通过对企业孵化器与技术创新关系的研究,指出了中国企业孵化器存在的缺陷并阐述了自己的建议。

| Abstract: | The 21 st Century will certainly see technological innovation become the dominant force in spurring economic and social development. As an efficient means to promote the development of technology innovation, business incubator has been approved in the world. In the article, the author researched the relationship between business incubator and technology innovation, pointed out the defections of business incubator in China, and brought up his suggestions. |
