| 摘 要： | 诺齐克的道德乌托邦体系不仅建立在对罗尔斯正义论的批判上,而且建立在对马克思劳动观的价值消解上.在劳动性质、劳动价值、劳动成果的道德分析中,诺齐克试图以自愿的交换、主观的需要、应然的权利分别颠覆马克思的被迫的奴役、社会必要劳动时间、不正义的利润等观点.这些批判反而更彰显了马克思劳动价值理论的价值合理性.

| Abstract: | Nozick's moral utopia is founded on animadverting not only on Rawls' theory of justice but also on Marx's viewpoints of labor.By the analysis on quality of labor,labor value and labor production,Nozick attempted to overthrow Marx's opinions on compelled enslavement,socially necessary labor time and unjust profits by voluntary exchange,subjective demand,and obligatory rights.These criticisms in turn display the rationality of Marx's labor theory of value better. |
