| 摘 要： | 政治合法性的基本构成要素有：法律规范、意识形态、治理绩效和认同机制。法律规范既是建构合法性的对象和内容,又是评价合法性的标准和依据。意识形态能为合法性提供道义诠释和正当说明,将政治权力转换成权威和影响力,实现社会共同政治理想与价值信念的重建,但意识形态对合法性的支撑受经济基础的制约,意识形态＂祛魅＂的进程也在加速。治理绩效是统治集团获取民众认同和支持的重要手段,持久的治理绩效可以巩固和提升政治合法性,但治理绩效不能取代其他因素,更不能等同于政治合法性。认同机制是统治集团与民众之间进行政治沟通和政治对话的一种制度设计,政治合法性的切实巩固和有效提升,有赖于认同机制的逐步完善和有效运行。
