| 摘 要： | 重建工人阶级的主人翁地位，不仅让工人群众走出困境，而且让他们尽快富裕和强壮起来；不仅要在国企改制全过程中保护工人阶级的权益，而且要从战略上将工人阶级的主体部分培育成为中等收入阶层，是实现全面小康社会的关键，走建立工人股份制之路是必然选择。
