| 摘 要： | 劳务输出是增加民族地区农牧民收入的重要渠道，是解决民族地区贫困问题的重要举措。本文以武陵山区少数民族州县为例肯定了民族地区劳务输出所取得的成绩，分析了劳务输出存在的主要困难和问题，认为有效解决劳务输出问题的关键是要从发展战略的高度促使“打工经济”向“打工产业”转变。

| Abstract: | Labor export is an important way to increase income overcome poverty in the ethnic areas.Taking a few counties in the Wuling Mountain Areas for example,this paper affirms the achievements,and analyzes the problems in labor export,concluding that the key to effectively solve the problems is to make it a strategy to turn "labor economy" into "labor industry". |
