关于构建杂粮产业化体系的若干思考

我国是杂粮生产大国，但杂粮的产业化发展水平还较低。针对当前影响杂粮产业化发展的规模化种植难度大、市场交易成本高和产业链条不完整等障碍，应着力构建以种植适当集中、依托产业组织和实施品牌战略为主要内容的杂粮产业化体系，以促进杂粮产业发展更好的服务于国家粮食安全新战略的需要、带动农业国际竞争力的提升和发挥杂粮的保健作用。

Thoughts on Building Non-staple Grain Industrialization System

Our country is the largest non-staple grain producer , but the level of industrial development is still comparatively low .In view of the difficulties of large-scale planting in the industrial development of non-staple grain,high market transaction costs and incomplete industrial chain , the non-staple grain industrialization system with the appropriate planting concentration ,relying on industrial organizations and executing brand strategies should be built to promote the development of grain industry , serve better the needs of the new national food security strategy ,improve the international competitiveness of agriculture and ensure that the non-staple grain can play a role in health care .
