城镇化对我国城乡居民消费的影响--基于分位数回归的比较研究

利用我国2011年31个省份的截面数据，分别采用OLS回归方法和分位数回归方法比较分析了包含城镇化在内的相关因素对我国城乡居民消费的影响。结果表明：城镇化对我国城乡居民消费均有显著的促进作用，农村居民尤其是低消费水平的农村居民消费受城镇化影响更大；农村居民的消费倾向远低于城镇居民，且农村居民消费深受城镇居民消费示范效应的影响。因此，在推行城镇化战略扩大居民消费需求时，必须考虑城乡居民在消费影响因素上的差异，辅以其他针对性的配套措施。

Comparative Studies on the Influence of Urbanization on the Consumption of Urban and Rural Residents in China Based on Quantile Regression

Based on cross-sectional data of China＆#39;s 31 provinces in 2011 ,OLS regression and quantile regression are used to make a comparative analysis on the influence of certain factors including urbanization on the consumption of urban and rural residents in China .The analysis shows that urbanization exerts a significant effect on the consumption of both urban and rural residents ,while the consumption of the rural residents especially those with a lower-level consumption is affected by urbanization more deeply .The study also indicates that the propensity of rural residents to consume is far lower than that of urban residents , and the consumption of rural residents is deeply affected by urban residents .Therefore,when urbanization strategy is implemented to expand residents＆#39;consumption, the differences between factors that affect the consumption of urban and rural residents should be taken into account.
