摘    要:育人理念是学校在长期发展中积累起来的教育价值观和方法论。从育人的主体角度出发,重新审视人的个体价值,把西方现代激励理论的基本理论和所倡导的价值原则综合运用到育人理念中,对实现育人目标有一定的借鉴意义。科学运用西方现代激励理论可以充分发挥教育的激励效应,较大地调动教育主体的积极性和创造性,增强育人的科学性和实效性。在育人实践中,应提升人的内在精神,重点关注人的精神超拔与灵魂升华;培育人的主体精神,促使人把外在文化内化为个人的全面素质;激励人的内在潜能,使人保持健康的精神状态并化为积极的行为;坚持人的全面发展,促使教育活动的本义得到回归和超越。

Abstract:The idea of educating people is the value of education and methodology accumulated in the long-term development of school. From the perspective of educated subject, it is a significant reference for the realization of people-educating goal to re-examine the individual value of the human, and comprehensively apply the basic the- ory and advocated value principle of modern western incentive theory to the idea of educating people. The scien- tific use of modern western incentive theory can give full play to the incentive effects of education, greatly mobili- zing the enthusiasm and creativity of the educated subject while enhancing the scientificity and pragmaticality of people education. In the educational practice, it is supposed to ( 1 ) enhance the inner spirit of human and focus on the spiritual transcendence and soul sublimation of human, (2) cultivate the subject spirit so as to urge peo- ple to internalize the external culture for the comprehensive quality of the individual, ( 3 ) inspire the intrinsic potential so as to enable people to maintain a positive state of mind and turn it into the positive behavior, and (4) adhere to the comprehensive development of people and make the original meaning of the education activi-ties regressed and surpassed.
