| 摘 要： | 科学发展观与构建和谐社会的内在联系十分紧密,科学发展观和构建和谐社会都体现了中国经济转型的要求,其中科学发展观是构建和谐社会的指导原则,构建和谐社会是落实科学发展观的体现。在现阶段的改革之中,要积极落实科学发展和构建和谐社会的要求,并且在现阶段的改革中实现科学发展观与构建和谐社会的有机衔接。

| Abstract: | The author holds that the scientific development ideal and the establishment of a harmonious society are irretrievably related in that they are both the requirements of transitional phase of China's economy, the former being the guidelines for the latter while the latter the manifestation of the former. Therefore the link between the two is of enormous importance in the economic reform and social progress of modern China. |
