论国际理财所特有的时空观及其学科体系

本文通过对国际理财所特有的时空观的研究,指出在国际理财空间中由于各子空间的不均衡而导致了理财对象在不同的子空间具有不同的收益性和风险性,使理财的时空风险增大。根据这一特征,本文认为国际理财应突出风险管理,在强化风险的过程中,平衡理财的风险和收益,追求企业价值最大化,为此提出了建立国际理财学科体系的构想。

On Special Space-Time View of International Financing and its System as an Academic Subject

Following a study on the special space-time view of international finan-cing, the author points out that, in the international financing space, theunbalance among the various sub-spaces leads to different degrees of benefitsand risks in different sub-spaces. Hence higher risks in financing. Proceedingfrom this, the author argues that a risk management should be given prominencein international financing. In the course of stressing the risk sense, the risksand benefit of financing are balanced with a view to pursuing the optimumenterprise value. Based on the above analysis, this essay proposes a plan toset up an academic course of international financing.
