| 摘 要： | 在市场化改革不断深化的今天 ,在广大农村建立社会保障的问题越来越显示出其重要性和紧迫性。原有的社会保障制度存在许多弊端。对此 ,要采取积极的对策 ,进一步完善我国农村社会保障制度。
