近代重庆优势文化资源的开发与传承

以近代重庆文化为中心，提出“战时首都”、“城市近代化”、“江山之城”三个开发传承近代重庆文化资源的新视角。开发与传承近代重庆优势文化资源，应建构重庆文化理论，建立一个开放的、多元的、面向世界的重庆新文化理念，培育“江山重庆”主题品牌，探寻城市发展、社会和谐和近代重庆文化资源保护利用之间的平衡，建立事权统一的历史文化遗产核心管理人，完善立法，突破文化资源保护与发展的双重困境，把重庆建设为世界历史文化名城。

The Development and Heredity of the Contemporary Advantage Culture Resource of Chongqing

This paper focuses on the contemporary culture of Chongqing, and puts forwards three new perspectives： the wartime capital, the modernization of city and the city of landscape. To develop the cultural resources of modern Chongqing we should structure culture theory of Chongqing and found an open, diverse and world-orientation culture idea, culture the landscape topic brand, find out the balance of the city development, social harmony and the protection and utility of the culture resource, establish the core manager of the history culture heritage, complete the law, breakthrough the dilemma of development and protection on the culture resource to build Chongqing into a world-famous city with rich history and culture.
