| 摘 要： | 中国共产党反腐倡廉建设历经四个阶段,体现了这样的基本规律：在形式上,由运动式为主到注重制度建设,再到构建全方位的惩处体系;在理念上,由强调教育到测重惩治,再到注重预防;在战略上,从单一到综合,再到构建体系。反腐败斗争理论和实践的变迁过程,反映了我们党对反腐败规律的认识的不断深化。

| Abstract: | CPC construction of anti-corruption undergoes four stages,and reflects the basic law：in form,from campaign style to emphasis on institutional construction,then to construction of a full range of punishment system; in concept,from the emphasis of education to the emphasis of punishment,then to the emphasis of prevention; in strategy,from single to comprehensive,then to system construction. The transitional process of anti-corruption theory and practice reflects CPC recognitions on anti-corruption rule deepen continnuously. |
