西部地区工业制造业考察及其知识能力提升

工业化是现代化的必经之路,知识能力是制约西部地区工业发展的重要瓶颈。知识创造和知识获取是打破知识能力瓶颈的重要措施,但西部地区尚无法承受巨额的知识创造成本,也不具备知识创造所需的高端人才,因此,知识获取成为西部地区增强知识能力的首要选择。而要获取知识,首先需要树立大科普思想,加强科普与教育、培训的结合,促进科技交流合作,同时要积极主动地承接产业转移,增加科普投入,落实基本公共科技服务均等化。

Industrialization is a must to modernization and knowledge capacity in the western region is a major bottleneck of industrial development.Knowledge creation and knowledge acquisition is the important measures to break the bottleneck of knowledge ability, but the western region still can not afford the huge cost of knowledge creation and do not have high-end talents who are necessary to knowledge creation.Therefore, knowledge acquisition has become the first choice of enhancing the knowledge ability in the western region.In order to acquire knowledge, first we need to establish a large populariza-tion of science thinking, strengthen the integration of science and education, training, and promote scientific and technological exchanges and cooperation.While we also need to carry on industrial transfer actively, increase the input of popularization of science, implement the equalization of basic public technology services.
