当代传媒业人力资源管理改革的价值取向

摘    要:我国传媒业虽然取得了骄人的成绩,但在招聘、培训、激励、劳动合同管理等诸多环节上存在一些法律风险。传媒人力资源管理改革必须建立相关的法律法规,以规避各种各样潜在的法律风险。在激烈的市场竞争环境下,我国传媒业必须以顾客需要为导向,以传媒市场为中心,突破事业化体制瓶颈,转化为企业化经营。我国传媒人力资源管理改革就是要完善相关法律法规,为传媒顺利进行转制提供法律保障。

Abstract:While the Chinese media has made remarkable achievements,there is some legal risk in many links such as media recruitment,training,incentives,contracts,and so on.relevant laws and regulations must be established to avoid various potential legal risks in human resources management reform of the media.In the fierce market competition,China's media industry needs to take customer as guide,the media market as center,to break the bottlenecks of institutional system into enterprise management.Human resources management reform of the media is to improve the relevant laws and regulations and to provide legal protection for the smooth restructuring of the media.
