微波合成纺锤形CeOHCO_3及热转化为CeO_2

摘    要:采用简便快速的微波法合成出具有纺锤形状的CeOHCO3,并以其为前驱体,通过热处理获得纺锤形状的CeO2产品.分别采用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、能量色散X射线光谱仪(EDX)、傅立叶变换红外光谱仪(FT-IR)及紫外-可见光谱(UV-Vis)等技术对产品进行了表征.结果表明,制得的CeOHCO3产品为正交晶相,热处理得到的CeO2产品为立方晶相,产品尺寸为微米级且较为均匀,纯度较高,结晶度较好.光学性质表明,CeO2产品在紫外区有较强的吸收.

Abstract:Spindle-like CeOHCO3 products were successfully synthesized via a facile rapid microwave route and which spindle-like CeO2 products were also obtained by subsequent calcination of as-prepared CeOHCO3 products as precursors.The products were characterized by X-ray powder diffraction(XRD),transmission electron microscopy(TEM),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR) and UV-visible absorption spectroscopy(UV-vis).The results indicated that the as-prepared CeOHCO3 products were orthorhombic phase and the CeO2 products obtained from calcination were cubic phase.All of above products had uniform sizes of several micrometers and high purity and good crystallinity.The optical properties showed that the CeO2 products had a strong absorption band in ultraviolet region.
