| 摘 要： | 针对经济全球化、贸易投资自由化深入发展背景下外商直接投资在国民经济中地位日益提高、作用不断增强的现状，就FDI对大连经济技术开发区产业结构的影响进行调研分析。介绍大连经济技术开发区利用FDI的概况，分析其产业结构的现状及存在的问题，并对FDI对其产业结构的影响进行调研分析，提出利用FDI优化其产业结构的若干对策。
