| 摘 要： | 从资源角度看,充足的闲暇时间资源和财富资源以及人们对休闲所提供的知识资源的强烈需求,使休闲产业逐步发展起来。发展休闲产业与构建和谐社会都以充分利用人力资源、节约资源为内在要求。发展休闲产业对构建社会和谐具有重要意义,发展休闲产业可以充分利用人力资源,可以调节资本资源在三个产业中的合理分配,促进人与自然的和谐。

| Abstract: | The leisure industry has developed gradually because of people's enough leisure time,wealth and eager demand for the knowledge provided by leisure industry.The development of the leisure industry is very important to the construction of a harmonious society.The development of leisure industry may use human resource sufficiently,adjust the reasonable distribution of the capital in three industries and promote harmony between human and nature. |
