摘    要:食品工业是关系国计民生的基础性产业,承担着为国民提供数量可靠、质量安全食品的重任。福建省食品工业发展迅速,在福建省产业结构中占有重要地位。自然资源、区位条件、品牌建设与产业集聚等特点,体现出福建省食品工业的现有发展优势与未来发展方向。应从确保食品安全、优化产业结构、发挥资源优势、完善基础条件等方面加强福建省食品工业发展,以促进福建省食品工业健康持续发展。

Current status of food industry development in Fujian Province and the countermeasures

Abstract:Tbe food industry is the basic industry concerning with the benefit to people's livelihood, which assumes responsibility of providing reliable quality and safety food. Food industry develops rapidly in Fujian Province, and occupies an important position in the industry structure. The characteristics such as natural resources, location, brand building and industrial agglomeration reflect the current superiority and future direction of food industry in Fujian Province. It is proposed to ensure food safety, optimize the indus- trial structure, give full play to advantages of resources and improve the basic conditions to bring about the sustainable development of the food industry in Fujian Province.
