基于乡村生态文明建设与绿色家庭农场经营的内在联系,从生产制度体系、安全预警体系、公众参与机制、乡村环保机制、资源利用管理、绿色农业发展等方面,探讨乡村生态文明建设的体制改革方向与重点;从政策、管理、服务、培训和保障等方面,阐述绿色家庭农场建设与经营必须抓好的五个环节;同时,从农村新型经营体系创新、绿色农业规模经营、科技服务水平提升和农业经营人才队伍建设等方面,提出促进乡村绿色农业持续发展与有效经营的对策。

Agricultural ecological civilization construction and green family farm management

Rural ecological civilization construction and green family farm management have a very close relationship. This paper discusses the reform direction and focus on construction of rural ecological civilization in terms of production institutional system, security alarm system, public participation, rural environmental protection mechanisms, resource utilization management, green agricultural development and so on. From policy, management, service, training and support, etc. , five systems for the construction and operation of green family farms are illustrated. From the new operating system in rural areas, green agricultural scale, improving IT service levels and qualified personnel development for agricultural operations, etc. , the countermeasures for promotion of the sus-ainable development and effective operation of rural green agriculture are proposed.
