| 摘 要： | 以54个挂牌创意产业园区为研究对象,探讨福建创意产业园的三大分布特征:基于旧城改造导向的由闽江下游流域和台湾海峡围合而成的"7"状分布地带,初步形成以文化旅游为纽带的创意产业集聚,沿海向内地"梯度推进"的圈层结构加速"点一网"布局的形成。分析提出福建创意产业园区的发展模式主要有旧厂房改造发展模式、龙头企业带动发展模式、依托文化资源开发模式、创意产业与第二产业融合模式以及闽台创意产业交流合作模式等。

| Abstract: | 54 listed creative industrial parks in Fujian are investigated and their three major layout styles are illustrated as follows, such as the belt for urban renewal and surrounded by the lower reach of Min River and the Taiwan Straits, the creative industrial cluster preliminarily formed by cultural tourism, and the points and network layout formed by circle structure from coast forward to inland. Meanwhile the development patterns of creative industrial parks in Fujian are proposed as fonows, such as workshop renewal, leading enterprises driving, cultural resources development, integration between creative industry and secondary industry, and, exchange and cooperation of creative industries between Fujian and Taiwan. |
